Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the EYONG WARLOCK EA Platform, including customer accounts, software licenses, the compiled MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor, subscriptions, support and related platform services.

Effective date: September 20, 2026. These documents are platform drafts intended for review and finalization before public commercial launch. Where local law or a payment-provider requirement gives a customer a mandatory right, that requirement takes precedence.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading the EA or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration and verification. EYONG WARLOCK may restrict access where required information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified.

2. The service

EYONG WARLOCK EA is software technology designed for use with compatible MetaTrader 5 environments. The platform may provide account management, licensing, software downloads, customer support and related services.

The platform is not a broker, bank, custodian or investment-management service. Customer trading accounts remain with the customer's chosen broker, and customers remain responsible for their own trading decisions and account activity.

3. Customer account

Keep login credentials confidential and do not allow another person to use your account.
Provide truthful and current registration, contact and verification information.
Notify EYONG WARLOCK through the available support channels if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, licensing, security controls or technical restrictions.

4. Purchases and license access

License plans, prices and license periods are displayed on the platform. A license grants the customer the usage rights described in the applicable EA License Terms; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its source code.

Access to paid features may depend on successful payment, account status, verification requirements, license status and technical authorization.

5. Prohibited use

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or attempting to obtain source code from the compiled EA, except where a right cannot lawfully be excluded.
Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, publishing or sharing the EA or license credentials without written authorization.
Using the platform to commit fraud, abuse payment systems, evade sanctions or violate applicable law.
Interfering with the platform, license verification, download controls, authentication or security mechanisms.

6. Trading risk

Automated trading involves substantial financial risk. The EA does not guarantee profits, capital preservation, a particular win rate, drawdown, return or future performance. You are responsible for evaluating whether automated trading is appropriate for you and for selecting your broker, account size and trading settings.

7. Updates and support

Updates and technical support are provided according to the purchased license plan and the applicable EA License Terms. Availability, timing and scope may change as the software evolves.

8. Suspension and termination

EYONG WARLOCK may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, unauthorized redistribution, licensing violations, security threats or a legal requirement. Suspension does not remove obligations that are intended to survive termination.

9. Intellectual property

The EYONG WARLOCK EA, platform software, branding, interface, documentation and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Except for the limited license granted to a customer, no intellectual-property rights are transferred.

10. Availability and third-party services

The platform may depend on internet services, hosting providers, payment providers, identity-verification providers, MetaTrader 5, brokers and other third parties. EYONG WARLOCK cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the platform, products, legal requirements or payment arrangements change. The current version will be published on this page. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means where appropriate.

12. Contact and governing requirements

Questions about these Terms should be raised through the support channels made available by EYONG WARLOCK. The parties' rights and obligations are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections in the relevant jurisdiction.
