Customer Policy

Refund Policy

This policy describes the intended refund framework for EYONG WARLOCK EA digital software licenses. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law always take precedence.

Effective date: September 20, 2026. These documents are platform drafts intended for review and finalization before public commercial launch. Where local law or a payment-provider requirement gives a customer a mandatory right, that requirement takes precedence.

1. Digital software licenses

EYONG WARLOCK EA licenses provide access to digital software and related platform services. Because digital access can begin immediately after successful activation, customers should review the plan, license period and risk disclosures before purchasing.

2. Requests before activation

A customer who has paid for a license but whose license has not yet been activated may request a refund through the available support channels. Eligibility, timing and any applicable deductions will depend on the final payment-provider arrangement and applicable law.

3. After license activation

Once a digital license has been activated or the customer has received access to the licensed software, refunds are generally limited to situations required by applicable law or a confirmed failure of the service that EYONG WARLOCK is responsible for and cannot reasonably remedy.

4. Unauthorized or abusive activity

A refund will not normally be available for losses caused by trading decisions, market movements, broker conditions, misuse of the EA, unauthorized redistribution, account sharing, attempts to bypass licensing or other customer-controlled activity, subject always to mandatory legal rights.

5. Payment-provider rules

Payment methods may have their own dispute, chargeback and refund procedures. The final version of this policy will be updated when the platform's payment providers are selected and their settlement and dispute requirements are confirmed.

6. How to request a refund

Submit the request through the available EYONG WARLOCK support channel with the account email, purchase reference and a clear explanation of the request. Do not send card numbers, passwords, API keys or other sensitive credentials in a support request.
