Software License

EA License Terms

These terms define the usage rights granted with an EYONG WARLOCK EA license. A license provides permission to use the compiled software; it does not transfer ownership of the software or source code.

Effective date: September 20, 2026. These documents are platform drafts intended for review and finalization before public commercial launch. Where local law or a payment-provider requirement gives a customer a mandatory right, that requirement takes precedence.

1. License grant

Subject to payment, account eligibility and compliance with the platform Terms, EYONG WARLOCK grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the compiled EYONG WARLOCK EA during the applicable license period.

2. One authorized MT5 account

Each active license is designed to be associated with one authorized MT5 trading account. The platform may use license verification and account-binding controls to prevent unauthorized reuse.

3. License plans

1-Month License: 30 days.
3-Month License: 90 days.
6-Month License: 180 days.
12-Month License: 365 days.
Lifetime License: no scheduled expiration, subject to these Terms and the Lifetime License Terms below.

4. No source code

The customer receives the compiled Expert Advisor. Source code, proprietary algorithms, development files and internal implementation details are not included with a customer license.

5. Updates

Updates may be released during an active license where included in the purchased plan. An update may replace or modify software components, features or compatibility requirements.

6. Technical support

Technical support is provided according to the purchased plan and available support capacity. Support does not include individualized investment advice, guaranteed trading outcomes or responsibility for broker execution.

7. Lifetime License

The Lifetime License permits continued use of the compiled EA without a scheduled expiration date, subject to compliance with the platform Terms and these License Terms. Updates and technical support for Lifetime customers remain subject to the Lifetime License Terms and any reasonable service limitations communicated by EYONG WARLOCK.

8. Prohibited license activity

Sharing a license key or credentials with another person.
Reselling, sublicensing, renting or redistributing the compiled EA without written authorization.
Removing, bypassing or attempting to defeat license verification or security controls.
Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the EA except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Using one license to provide unauthorized access to multiple MT5 accounts.

9. Suspension and revocation

A license may be suspended or revoked where there is unauthorized redistribution, account sharing, fraud, security abuse, material breach of the platform Terms or another lawful reason. Revocation does not grant a right to continue using the software.

10. Ownership

All rights not expressly granted to the customer remain with the relevant rights holder. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the EA, its code, algorithms, brand or intellectual property.
