Risk Disclosure
Trading financial markets carries significant risk. EYONG WARLOCK EA is software technology and does not remove the underlying risks of trading.
1. Loss of capital
Forex, CFDs, metals, indices, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged financial instruments can result in substantial losses, including losses of a significant portion or all of the capital placed at risk. You should not trade money you cannot afford to lose.
2. Automated trading risk
- An Expert Advisor can open, manage or close trades according to programmed rules and available market conditions.
- Software can behave differently during unusual market conditions, gaps, spreads, slippage, liquidity changes or rapid price movements.
- Internet interruptions, broker outages, VPS failures, platform errors, rejected orders or execution differences can affect results.
- Historical or backtested performance may differ materially from live trading.
3. No guarantee of results
EYONG WARLOCK does not guarantee profits, a particular return, win rate, drawdown, recovery period or future performance. Any performance information displayed by the platform is historical or illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise and should not be treated as a promise of future results.
4. Broker and account conditions
Trading results depend on the customer's broker, account type, leverage, spread, commission, execution, liquidity, server conditions, symbols and other factors. The EA may perform differently across brokers or account environments.
5. Customer responsibility
- Evaluate the risks before purchasing or using the EA.
- Understand your broker's terms, leverage and margin requirements.
- Use an account size and risk settings appropriate for your circumstances.
- Monitor the trading environment and software rather than assuming automation eliminates risk.
- Obtain independent financial, legal or tax advice where appropriate.
6. Not investment management
EYONG WARLOCK EA is offered as software technology. The platform does not take custody of customer trading funds, act as the customer's broker or make individualized investment decisions on the customer's behalf.
7. Regulatory considerations
Trading products and automated trading software may be subject to different rules depending on the customer's country, broker and product. Customers are responsible for determining whether use of the software is permitted in their jurisdiction and for complying with applicable laws.
