Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the EYONG WARLOCK EA Platform may collect, why it is used, how it is protected and the choices available to customers.
1. Information we may collect
- Account information such as full legal name, email address, phone number, country of residence and date of birth.
- Authentication and security information, including password hashes, verification tokens and security-related audit events.
- KYC and identity-verification information where required for account eligibility or compliance. Current identity documents are reviewed manually by EYONG WARLOCK administrators and are retained only for the review process before secure deletion after the decision.
- Trading-account information supplied by the customer, such as MT5 account number, broker name and server name.
- Subscription, license, support and payment-related records needed to provide the service.
- Technical information reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and service operation.
2. How information is used
- Create and maintain customer accounts.
- Verify email addresses and account eligibility.
- Process subscriptions, licenses and software access.
- Associate an EA license with an authorized MT5 account.
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and license misuse.
- Maintain audit records, security logs and required business records.
- Meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or payment-provider requirements where applicable.
3. Passwords and security
Passwords should never be shared with EYONG WARLOCK staff. The platform is designed to store passwords as cryptographic hashes rather than readable passwords. Security controls are applied to protect customer information, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
4. Service providers
Certain functions may require trusted third-party providers, including email delivery, hosting, payment processing, identity verification and infrastructure services. Those providers may process information only as necessary for their services and under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
5. International processing
Because customers and service providers may be located in different countries, information may be processed across borders. Where applicable, appropriate contractual, technical or legal safeguards should be used for such transfers.
6. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with applicable legal obligations. Different categories may have different retention periods.
7. Customer choices and rights
Depending on the customer's jurisdiction, privacy law may provide rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Requests can be made through the platform's available support channels. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate business and security interests.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The platform may use essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session security and core functionality. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced, should be disclosed and configured in accordance with applicable law.
9. Children
The service is intended for adults and the registration flow requires a minimum age of 18. The platform should not be used by anyone who does not meet the applicable age requirement.
10. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated when the platform, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
