Why is my EA not opening trades?

Follow these steps

1. Check that the correct EA is attached to the intended chart and the license/account is valid.
2. Confirm Algo Trading is enabled and the market is open for that instrument.
3. Review the Experts and Journal tabs for a specific error or permission message.
4. Check that the chart, symbol, timeframe, spread, and account conditions match the product instructions.
5. Some strategies are selective and may not trade frequently. Do not change risk settings just to force more trades.
6. If an error remains, contact support and include the EA name, MT5 build, broker symbol, and a screenshot of the error. Never send your password.
