Follow these steps

1. Confirm which liquidity EA you purchased and download that exact product.
2. Use only the instruments and chart/timeframe configuration confirmed by the product instructions or support; this guide does not assume a universal symbol list.
3. Attach the correct EA and keep its documented settings intact until you understand each input.
4. These systems may wait several days for a setup. A lack of trades over a short period does not by itself prove the EA is broken.
5. Check the Experts and Journal tabs for actual errors before contacting support.
