License expiry, renewal, and trading access

Understand what an expired subscription means and how to restore authorization after renewal.

License guide

Follow these steps

  1. Sign in to your EYONG WARLOCK customer dashboard and check the license and expiry date for the exact EA you use.
  2. Runtime-licensed EAs must be able to contact the production license-verification endpoint to validate authorization.
  3. When a license expires or the server rejects authorization, the EA should block new trades after it detects that result. Do not assume it will continue trading safely without verification.
  4. Renew the correct product subscription in the customer dashboard and confirm that the license shows active before restarting or reattaching the EA.
  5. After renewal, make sure the production URL is allowed in MT5 and the terminal is online so the EA can verify the renewed license.
  6. License expiry does not necessarily close positions that are already open. Monitor existing positions and manage them according to your trading plan and broker rules.
  7. If the license remains unauthorized after renewal, contact support with the EA name and exact error message. Do not send passwords or secret license credentials.
